Sally Moulton
Partner
Sally is one of the Partners who brings 20 years of Digital, AdTech, SaaS and Traditional media experience to Fource Recruiting. The business perspective she has gained while working for established, global media companies and for disruptive technology businesses has served her clients and candidates well.

She has a proven track record of building and leading teams that increase sales and profits, drive operational efficiencies, build strategic partnerships and grow consumer and brand awareness at both startups and established companies.
She has had the good fortune to be in sales leadership positions and part of outstanding organizations such as Time Inc., NBC Universal, YuMe, Bidtellect and Popsugar. When asked why she made the move into recruiting, she tells us that her favorite part of her career has been to mentor and grow people’s careers.

Her experience gives clients the confidence that she understands their needs for recruiting the right talent for the role and their team.
Danielle Morris
Partner
Danielle has over 20 years in Media sales, working with traditional, digital and ad/marketing tech companies. She brings her passion for building territories, teams, and revenue streams from the ground up to executive recruiting.
Leveraging her deep industry knowledge and ability to communicate complex platforms and properties, she can work to connect great talent with great companies. She has been fortunate to work with great companies like Time Inc, Comcast, YuMe and Bidtellect and learn from industry experts.
Danielle enjoys working collaboratively with clients and candidates, using her creativity, integrity, and hard work to get results. She has always enjoyed the relationship side of the business and is looking forward to building more.

Amy Krause
Partner
Amy brings over 20 years of sales and sales management experience leading and developing successful sales teams. She has held sales management roles in both startup and established ad tech/ digital media companies including QuadrantONE, Fetchback, Choicestream, American Greetings, Ziff Davis Publishing and CMP.
Additionally, with Amy's experience, hiring managers appreciate her understanding of the landscape and ability to hone in on the best candidates. Amy truly enjoys bringing together great companies and talented job seekers.
Kim Steiner
Vice President
Kim is an accomplished executive with experience ranging from magazine publishing to digital media sales. Her sales and leadership roles at Triad Retail Media and Valassis Digital
(formerly Maxpoint) complemented her advertising skills with an
in-depth knowledge of data-driven marketing and measurement.

Kim’s sales and management responsibilities have focused on breaking new business, scaling teams and repositioning brands beyond the traditional media space. Reporting directly to CEOs, CTOs, and company Presidents, Kim understands of the kinds of skills that are needed to be an effective contributor to and leader of organizations as sales, marketing and other tech-centric businesses continue to evolve.
Stephanie Vautravers

Stephanie launched her digital media career in 1996 working at several Internet start-ups, including Blender, broadcast.com, Yahoo! and About. Leveraging her success at start-ups, she landed at Time Warner. For nearly 10 years, she worked at Time Inc. and Turner Broadcasting System. She led the East Coast Digital team in Time Inc.’s Branded Solutions group where she and her team worked with high-profile corporate clients. While working at Turner, Stephanie was instrumental in launching CNN’s Mobile business and ultimately became the Director of Turner Mobile Ad Sales.
Stephanie’s career pivoted to recruiting in 2019. Her operational and leadership experience at digital start-ups and established corporations means she knows how to vet candidates for the right experience needed for the position. Her attention to detail, curious nature and foundational knowledge all help her match great people with great companies.
